Terms and Conditions (Spin To Win)
- Introduction: Operation Mayfly is organized by Neon Raptor Brewing Co. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Eligibility: The Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
- How to Enter: Participants must scan the provided QR code displayed on Operation Mayfly promotional material to visit the dedicated competition page. Upon accessing the page, participants will be prompted to enter their details for a chance to win a prize, to be redeemed on our online shop.
- Prizes: Each prize available in the Competition will be determined by a spinning wheel mechanism. Participants will spin the wheel upon accessing the dedicated competition page to reveal their prize. Prizes may include but are not limited to free t-shirts, 20% off discounts on orders, or other promotional items. If the prize is for a product, participants must select and basket the matching product before entering the unique code. Each participant can win only one prize. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winning Notification: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within 24 hours of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Redemption of Prizes: Winners will receive their unique code via the contact method provided upon entry. If the prize is for a product, winners must add the selected product to their cart and proceed to checkout before entering the unique code. The unique code must be entered during the checkout process to apply the discount for the prize. The unique code must be redeemed within 14 days of receiving the notification. Failure to redeem the code within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Publicity: By participating in the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image for publicity and promotional purposes related to the Competition without any further payment or consideration.
- Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
- Changes to the Competition: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of anything outside of the Organizer's control.
- Agreement to Terms: Entry into the Competition will be deemed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
