Orders & Delivery Information

Things to know before purchasing:

• All parcels are sent as Next-Day Delivery via DHL.
• We currently only deliver to the UK and Ireland. However, there are a number of European traders that stock us, so be sure to look out for Neon Raptor.
• Free delivery on 12 cans or more.
• Orders are processed Monday-Thursday, excluding bank holidays. We don't send beer out Friday-Sunday.
• Occasionally, there may be delays with shipping for next-day delivery due to volume going out that day. These orders will be delayed no more than 2 days.
• Order cut-off is 1.30 PM to receive beer the next day (except Friday-Sunday orders which get sent out Monday).
  
• Please be aware parcels may be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place, if unable to be delivered at the door.
  
• Beer may be substituted for a similar item if it is no longer in stock, or the item will be refunded.
• Crowdfund perk items will not necessarily be sent with our regular shop items and may be sent separately.
